Position: Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
Handle bank payments and receipts, prepare accounting vouchers, conduct bank reconciliations, and review financial documents.
Enter basic financial vouchers monthly, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the company's financial accounting, closing, and related tasks.
Independently manage the accounting process for a single entity, regularly compile and prepare various financial statements, and be proficient in the principles and interrelationships of the three major financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement).
Accurately calculate, declare, and pay all taxes in accordance with tax policies and regulations.
Be responsible for the company's income tax final settlement and payment, as well as annual business reports.
Coordinate the provision of financial information required by external auditors, tax authorities, business registration bureaus, and banks.
Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor and proactively report work progress.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with CET-4 or above (mandatory), possessing basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Hold a college degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of experience as a Chief Accountant. Familiarity with Kingdee or other financial software is essential.
Strong accounting and finance-related professional knowledge, with a certain level of sensitivity to financial accounting/analysis.
Prior experience with bank settlement procedures is preferred. Candidates with Junior Accountant qualifications will be given priority.
